2. Eligibility

3. User Conduct

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic
• Promotes hate speech, terrorism, or communal violence
• Harasses, bullies, or threatens others
• Spreads false, misleading, or harmful information
• Infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Involves spam, scams, or phishing attempts
• Violates any applicable Indian law

We reserve the right to remove such content and take actions including issuing warnings, restricting features, suspending, or permanently banning your account.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

As per Rule 3(1)(d) of the IT Rules, 2021, we will remove any illegal content within 36 hours of receiving a valid complaint. Failure to comply with these terms may result in permanent termination and legal action.
